Welcome to Fanarchy! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fanarchy mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Fanarchy. By using Fanarchy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fanarchy. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Account Registration
You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post, including photos, comments, and profile information (“User Content”).
By posting on Fanarchy, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Service for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

4. Community Guidelines
Fanarchy is a place for passionate but respectful sports fans. You agree to:
- Respect others, even fans of rival teams
- Avoid hate speech, harassment, or bullying
- Report inappropriate behavior or content
Repeat or severe violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Use of the Service
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful purposes
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform
- Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
- Attempt to access data you’re not authorized to access
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time in the app settings.
7. Intellectual Property
Fanarchy and its logos, branding, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without our permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
We are not responsible for content posted by users, or for interactions you have with other users.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other means. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
