Kansas City Royals vs. Baltimore Orioles • Jul 12, 2026

The Baltimore Orioles cruised to an 8-2 victory over the Kansas City Royals, powered by Leody Taveras, who went deep with a homer and contributed multiple RBIs, while Seth Lugo kept his team in the game despite a solid outing from Shane Baz, who went deep and struck out nine in a quality start, but the Royals faltered in the sixth inning when reliever Matt Strahm was lit up for five runs.
